The Second Phase of the History of Admaston Village Hall - Blithbury, Staffordshire

"The Village Hall"

After the events of 1943 the building's role continued as a village hall, being extended to include a kitchen area, enclosed porch and two toilets.

The heating system was improved in the 1990s after the local supplies of Gas were available. New regulations in 1991 brought many improvements to the facilities and decor. After a successful Millenium grant in 1998, the false ceiling was removed in 2000, exposing (once more) - the roof's magnificent beam work and original decorative wall tiling for all visitors to see.
